As an Advisor, you will apply cybersecurity practices to video conferencing solutions, manage vulnerabilities, and oversee the performance of equipment like Crestron products and Teams rooms. With a minimum of two years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, you will collaborate with IT teams on various incidents and resolutions while participating in change management processes. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage vulnerabilities in video conferencing environments
• Handle incidents and coordinate contributors effectively
• Conduct root cause analysis for problem resolution
• Maintain and oversee audio-visual solutions performance
• Document configurations and procedures clearly Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, or related field
• At least two years of IT or audiovisual experience
• Knowledge of French and intermediate English skills
• Familiarity with ITIL and ServiceNow or similar tools
