Join Vention as a Strategic Business Advisor, working directly with the CEO to drive innovative solutions. This role focuses on analytics and organizational strategy within a dynamic environment. Based in Montreal and Berlin, Vention empowers manufacturers through cutting-edge technology. As a Senior Business Advisor, you will partake in a variety of business initiatives that shape the future of the company. Your role will encompass mentorship, strategic analysis, and day-to-day collaboration with the CEO, all aimed at enhancing business operations and achieving organizational goals over a two-year horizon. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with CEO on key operational initiatives
- Analyze data and market trends for strategic planning
- Engage in X-Sync meetings and action-item follow-ups
- Develop comprehensive presentations for the board
- Facilitate daily strategic discussions with the CEO
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business
- 3+ years in consulting or investment banking
- Expertise in data analytics and communication
- Enthusiasm for industrial technology and robotics
- Strong alignment with Vention’s core values
