In this temporary full time role, you will lead an agile delivery squad, mentorship, and develop medium to high complexity Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead an agile delivery squad, coaching developers
- Design Salesforce platform solutions of medium to high complexity
- Perform unit and user acceptance testing to resolve defects
- Collaborate with architects and product managers for integrations
- Develop CI/CD tools and ensure optimal collaboration
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years in Salesforce CRM or Financial Services Cloud
- University Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Salesforce certifications in Platform App Builder or Developer
- Experience with Agile tools like Confluence and JIRA
- Knowledge of DevOps processes for Salesforce solutions
