You will leverage your technical leadership to improve software delivery processes, embracing agile methodologies and AI capabilities. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver large-scale initiatives aligned with business goals • Evolve CRM product roadmaps with technology leaders • Implement modern engineering practices to enhance delivery • Coach and develop a cross-functional technology team • Manage vendor relationships to support delivery outcomes

Requirements: • 10+ years of technology delivery leadership experience • Degree in computer science, engineering or related field • Expertise in project delivery and building high-performance teams • Knowledge of Salesforce and SaaS platforms • Experience in Financial Services or Technology industries
