With EBC's reputable building operations, you contribute to maintaining industry-leading standards and fulfilling client expectations. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and timely construction estimates
- Analyze tender documents for clarity and compliance
- Conduct site visits and review design documents
- Communicate with subcontractors for bid confirmations
- Evaluate costs and maintain a comprehensive costing database
- Minimum 5 years as a Construction Estimator
- Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
- Proficient in estimating software
- Experience in ICI facilities up to $300 million
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
