Senior Fp&a Site Lead At Resilience Mississauga

Take your career to recent heights with Resilience as their Senior FP&A; Site Lead. This pivotal role focuses on financial planning, reporting, and strategic decision support. As a key business partner for the Resilience Biotechnologies Inc (RBI) site, you will oversee P&L management, contribute to actionable insights, and drive capital project tracking.
This position is ideal for a strong leader with FP&A expertise in manufacturing environments and a passion for leveraging technology in finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning cycles including Budget, Forecast, and LRP
- Deliver exact financial reporting to site leadership
- Collaborate with Accounting on month-end closing processes
- Develop and implement site KPIs with functional leaders
- Drive FP&A technology adoption and ERP migration
Requirements
- 8+ years of FP&A experience in manufacturing
- Robust knowledge of US GAAP and ERP systems
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
