- Draft pleadings, motions, and mediation briefs
- Manage discovery and client coordination
- Organize and oversee complex litigation files
- Collaborate in mentoring students and junior staff
- Ensure excellent client service through teamwork
- 3+ years of law clerk experience in commercial litigation
- Strong grasp of Civil Procedure Rules
- Familiarity with Supreme Court procedures
- Law Clerk Diploma or relevant certification
- Proficiency in iManage, Word, Excel, and Outlook
