Law Clerk for BLG's Litigation Team

This role emphasizes high-quality drafting, matter management, and collaboration. You'll work closely with clients, counsel, and experts to advance litigation cases through all procedural stages. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage high-profile disputes and civil litigation matters
- Draft pleadings, motions, and mediation briefs
- Organize electronic document management and file coordination
- Collaborate with team members for excellent client service
- Mentor and guide junior clerks and students
- Minimum of 3 years experience in commercial litigation
- Strong knowledge of the Rules of Civil Procedure
- Law Clerk Diploma or equivalent certification
- Proficiency in iManage, ACL, and legal software
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
