Otter Energy is one of Ontario's largest and most established solar companies, with its roots in solar project construction and maintenance. Since its founding in 2009, Otter has grown into a full-service solar provider. We are looking for a Remote Solar Energy Advisor that is passionate about sales. The ideal candidate must want to be part of an entrepreneurial and growing team, who is able to be hands-on, and who strives to take ownership over what they do.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to break into the world of Renewable Energy while building a lucrative career working from home! The combined experience of our team will give you an advantage in delivering value to both residential and commercial customers.

- Interested in a satisfying career in solar

- Prior experience in a similar role
- Passionate about solar energy
- Personable and well-spoken
- Proficient with computer technology and email communication
- Open to ongoing training and feedback
- Willing to give and take in a team environment
- Want to be proud of your work in solar
- Comfortable speaking to several people on the phone daily
- Able to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Able to work evenings and weekends on occasion as required
Work from Home but on a connected team that supports you
- Work remotely from your home office
- You will need a computer, internet connection, and a cell phone
- Leads will be provided to you by us in our CRM
