Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated M&A Advisor to connect buyers and sellers, facilitate transactions, and help clients achieve goals. Key Responsibilities: · Consult with business sellers to understand objectives and evaluate businesses. · Prepare client engagements, marketing materials, and Business Presentations. · Identify and reach out to potential buyers; maintain a buyer database. · Conduct value Opinions and market research. · Facilitate negotiations and coordinate due diligence. · Manage transaction documentation and oversee closings. · Business Development activities including prospecting and maintain professional relationships. Qualifications: · Strong negotiation, Sales, Communication, and Financial analysis skills. · Knowledge of business valuation techniques preferred. · Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field (Master’s, CFA, CPA, LLB a plus). Compensation:

• Work-from-home, commission-only role with potential earnings up to $500k/year, tied to successful transactions.
