Your Tasks

• Execute end-to-end recruitment cycles with excellence, managing the entire funnel from initial intake to final negotiations for our Americas-based roles.

• Self-managed Stakeholder Management and reporting in a global Matrix Organization

• Find the right channels to attract talent and serve as a strong sparring partner for leaders when it comes to salary negotiations, market validation and hiring timeline

• Pro-active creation and use of dashboards and reports to evaluate application volume, funnel performance, and source quality

• Research and salary-benchmarking of new markets and roles

• Provide actionable insights to enhance candidate experience and recruitment funnel effectiveness

What You Bring

• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in recruitment, preferably in full funnel recruiting and high-paced organizations.

• Strong knowledge of recruiting metrics, funnel diagnostics, and candidate journey mapping.

• Familiarity with ATS systems and reporting tools (Ashby is a Plus).

• Fluency in English (C1-Level).

• Fluency in Spanish (C1) (Fluency in Portuguese is a plus).

• Availability to work on-site in Vancouver.
