We’re growing our Talent Team and we’re looking for a driven, relationship-first  Talent Acquisition Partner who knows how to attract exceptional talent in a competitive market—and enjoys the challenge of finding the right people before anyone else does.

You’ll partner directly with leaders, influence hiring decisions, build talent pipelines across global markets, and play a visible role in shaping the future of our teams.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with Vision33 leaders to drive hiring strategy and talent decisions – not just execute it.


• Source and headhunt talent globally - Canada, US, UK, and beyond.


• Build and nurture proactive pipelines for hard-to-fill and high-impact roles.


• Deliver ‘Best-in-Class’ candidate and manager experience.


• Create compelling job ads, outreach campaigns, and employer branding content.


• Manage multiple active searches in a fast-moving environment.


• Bring a creative flair to the table with new ideas, market insights, and a competitive drive.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of proven success sourcing and hiring in competitive markets.


• Experience hiring a global team in the field of technology & professional services or another related industry is considered an asset.


• Strong network and professional presence on LinkedIn and other platforms.


• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills with an engaging people-first approach.


• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities and deadlines.


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment .


• Strong writing skills —you can craft compelling and creative job ads, posts, and communications; Canva experience is an asset.
