Der deutsche Apothekenmarkt verändert sich - und DrAnsay ist mittendrin. Wir bauen ein deutschlandweites Netzwerk aus Apotheken auf und entwickeln sie zu aktiven DrAnsay-Partnern. Dabei transformieren wir Apotheken schrittweise von Marketing-Standorten hin zu eigenständig operierenden Franchise-Partnern.
Diese Rolle ist kein klassischer Vertriebsjob. Du baust etwas auf. Du entwickelst Partnerschaften, die wirklich funktionieren. Du sorgst dafür, dass unser System im Apotheken-Alltag lebt - nicht nur auf dem Papier.

Deine Mission
Du stellst sicher, dass unsere Marketing- und POS-Maßnahmen vor Ort nicht nur vorhanden sind, sondern aktiv zur Nutzung und erfolgreicher Etablierung unserer Services führen. Du bist das Bindeglied zwischen DrAnsay und unseren Partnerapotheken - strategisch, operativ, hands-on.
Deine Aufgaben
Partneraufbau & Netzwerkentwicklung
Gewinnung neuer Apotheken als Franchise- und Systempartner
Entwicklung bestehender Partner zu aktiven Systempartnern
Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger, tragfähiger Partnerschaften
Implementierung & Systemverankerung
Einführung unserer Franchise-Module direkt in den Apotheken
Standardisierung von Prozessen und Abläufen (Playbooks)
Schulung und Onboarding der Apothekenteams - von der Nutzung bis zur aktiven Patientenansprache
Marketing-Execution & Geschäftsentwicklung
Sicherstellung, dass POS-Maßnahmen echte Nutzungsimpulse erzeugen
Verknüpfung von Marketing-Aktivitäten mit konkreten Umsatz- und Aktivierungszielen
Entwicklung skalierbarer Best Practices gemeinsam mit Marketing und Operations
Performance & Skalierung
Monitoring der Partner-Performance entlang klarer Business-KPIs
Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung der Partner aktiv statt reaktiv
Identifikation von High-Performern und Ausbau dieser Standorte
Dein Profil
Must-have:
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Vertrieb, Partnermanagement, Business Development oder Außendienst
Nachweisbare Erfolge im Aufbau und in der Aktivierung von Partnernetzwerken
Starke Kommunikations-, Verhandlungs- und Abschlussfähigkeit
Hohe Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands
Sehr gut:
Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Apotheken, dem Gesundheitswesen oder regulierten Märkten
Analytisches Verständnis für KPIs, Performance-Steuerung und Wachstumspotenziale
Bonus:
Erfahrung im Aufbau oder der Skalierung von Franchise-, Lizenz- oder Partnermodellen
