Chargé de communication et d'animation de la communauté - Académie des Talents Méditerranéens (ATM)

Objectifs:
Valoriser l'engagement des lauréats et alumni du programme ATM en Méditerranée : la mission vise à donner une voix et une visibilité internationale aux différentes cohortes du programme à travers l’animation de la communauté et la création de formats médias et audiovisuels.
Intégré(e) au sein de l'équipe à Tunis, le ou la volontaire soutiendra l’animation de la communauté du programme ATM et participera également au soutien de la création de contenus pour les réseaux sociaux / création de podcasts :
Stratégie et impact : Création, déploiement global et mesure d’impact de la stratégie de communauté ATM
Animation : Faire vivre le réseau des lauréats et alumni ATM (ateliers, événements, rituels en ligne), faciliter les échanges et encourager les rencontres inter-cohortes
Création de médias : créer les formats audiovisuels (capsules vidéo courtes, podcasts)
Réseaux sociaux et événementiel : Concevoir les contenus et animer les réseaux sociaux spécifiques du programme ATM pour faire rayonner sa présence à l'international.
Vous êtes :
Étudiant(e) en Bac +4/5 issu(e) d'une école de commerce, d'ingénieur ou de l'université.
Créatif(ve) et proactif(ve) , avec un esprit d'initiative marqué et une vraie sensibilité aux contenus.
Autonome, rigoureux(se) et organisé(e) , reconnu(e) pour votre fiabilité et votre dynamisme.
Un profil très relationnel , à l'aise socialement et doté(e) d'une excellente communication.
Motivé(e) à l'idée de rejoindre une équipe jeune, dynamique et internationale pour participer à son développement.
Vous maîtrisez :
Les outils de création de contenu : Canva, CapCut et la Suite Adobe.
Les réseaux sociaux : Instagram et LinkedIn.
Les outils collaboratifs : WhatsApp et plateformes de travail en équipe.
