Job Responsibility:
Capital Markets Advisors (CMA) is a boutique staffing and consultancy firm. Our client, a global discretionary portfolio management firm, is looking for qualified candidates for a full-time external sales roles.
As VP of Retail Wealth for Canada, your main responsibility is to attract new clients by promoting the firm's discretionary portfolio management services. The firm has achieved remarkable growth in Canada, its best-performing international growth region outside of the US.
Ideal Candidate for this role :
You are an experienced Investment Advisor with demonstrated success who wants to concentrate solely on sales. You are driven by high performance with a strong, consistent work ethic and a motivation to succeed.
Requirements :
- IIROC Licensed - CIM or CFA Level 1 preferred, MBA is an asset.
- Minimum 5 years in a direct HNW & UNHW client-facing role.
- Extensive experience with ALL retail investment asset classes.
- High-performing closer mindset.
Compensation :
- Base salary: 100k + commission and bonuses
- Sales potential: 200-300k (uncapped)
