Sales Manager - Energy Storage

At TechBiz Global we are providing recruitment service to our TOP clients from our portfolio. We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our client’s team in Energy Storage field, supporting the planning, scheduling, and monitoring of infrastructure and construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage distributor, dealer, EPC, and installer networks across Germany/ Netherlands/ Italy, and other European markets.

• Identify, develop, and maintain strategic channel partnerships and generate new business opportunities.

• Build and manage relationships with client’s customers and directly drive energy storage sales.

• Lead sales projects throughout the full commercial cycle, from opportunity identification and negotiations to contracting and project implementation.

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and business development targets.

• Monitor European energy storage market trends, competitors, customer needs, and regulatory developments.

• Coordinate with technical, project delivery, and China-based teams to ensure successful product alignment and project execution.

• Organize customer training, roadshows, promotional activities, and other marketing initiatives to strengthen brand awareness.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and partners while continuously expanding the company's European network.

• Travel regularly within Europe to meet customers, distributors, EPCs, installers, and project partners.

1. 3+ years of professional experience in the renewable energy industry , ideally in energy storage systems, PV inverters, or related solutions.

2. 2+ years of experience in energy storage sales , preferably in an international/European market.

3. Proven experience developing and managing distributor or dealer networks .

4. Demonstrated experience participating in or delivering energy storage projects in Europe .

5. Established network of at least 5 high-quality channel partners/resources , such as distributors, dealers, EPCs, or installers.

6. Existing EPC and installer relationships will be a strong advantage.

7. Strong business English skills with the ability to negotiate with customers and partners.

8. Fluency in German/ Italian/Dutch.

9. Strong commercial, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

10. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with international and China-based teams.

11. Willingness to travel frequently across Europe.

12. Experience covering multiple European markets simultaneously is a strong advantage.

13. Technical background in electrical or mechanical engineering is preferred.

14. Stable career history; frequent job changes within the last two roles are not preferred.
