Job Description

Licenced Advisor Assistant for Mutual Funds and Insurance products
Proficient in CIRO compliance rules and regulations
Must be very detail-oriented and have exceptional English skills (both written and spoken)
Knowledge of VieFUND back office system, Agora portal and B2B an asset
Must have a willingness to learn, develop relationships with clients and co-workers, and be driven to help to grow the book of business
Opportunity to grow with the company and possible future partnership opportunity
Knowledge of mutual funds and investment products
Portfolio building and monitoring
Placing trades in client accounts, opening new accounts, account updates
Background check required
Approximately 20-30 hours per week with the possibility of full-time in the future
Hybrid or remote options can be discussed
