The HR Generalist works in partnership with the HRBPs of Canda clusters. The HR Generalist supports, monitors and measures the deployment the development of HR processes and tools on administration and people development.

Key responsibilities and challenges

HR Admin activities . 60% Support transversal initiatives in coordination with the Center Of Expertise (CoEs) and HR Operations including but not limited to time management, International Mobility, Compensation and Benefit, Talent management. This includes partnering throughout processes of: starter/leaver, immigration, relocation, compensation policy related items, correct and successful transactions.

Act as the first point of contact for HR related inquiries from the employees, escalate to HRBP if needed

Ensure internal HRIS is up to date with personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations.

Define and build HR dahsboards for the clusters and St Bruno site.

Talent management . 20 % Support the deployment of our new induction process.

Follow up of the training plan and associated budget

Organizational Capabilities/ other HR intiatives .20 % HR Generalist will participate in identifying organizational capabilities gaps and will propose and support the deployment of improvement actions

Be part of HR transversal working group at Regional level

Educational Requirements University degree, majoring in human resources, psychology, business studies, social science or economy

Generalist HR management experience covering all areas of HR management practice

Fluent in English, written and spoken
