Strategic Sales Development Director Role

Join our organization as the Strategic Sales Development Director to enhance our pipeline and lead a motivated SDR team. This role focuses on strategy, culture, and performance management. In this pivotal position, the Strategic Sales Development Director will oversee our SDR organization, driving success through a blend of leadership and strategic implementation. You should possess over seven years of B2B enterprise SaaS sales experience and three years of direct leadership. You will create strategies for successful account penetration and refine the playbook for effective outreach and engagement. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing SDR team
- Implement strategies for breaking into enterprise accounts
- Optimize cold outreach scripts and engagement tactics
- Collaborate with Marketing on lead generation tactics
- Define KPIs to match team performance with sales goals
- 7+ years in B2B Enterprise SaaS sales roles
- 3+ years of experience in SDR leadership
- Proficiency in Salesforce and related tech strategies
- Strong people management and communication abilities
- Familiarity with the digital marketing environment
