Strategic Director of SR&ED Operations

In this role, you will serve as a senior advisor, overseeing the technical aspects of SR&ED claims submissions. Your ability to conduct interviews with engineering and scientific teams will ensure eligibility for projects while managing your portfolio of accounts. This role also involves mentoring your team and developing new consulting opportunities within the SR&ED framework. Key Responsibilities:

• Direct client strategy for SR&ED claims optimization
• Conduct thorough interviews with technical teams
• Guide clients through CRA audit processes
• Foster client relationships and demonstrate SR&ED ROI
• Mentor and develop technical advisors in the team

Requirements:

• Preferably a Canadian CPA designation
• Minimum eight years of SR&ED experience in public accounting
• Sound knowledge of CRA guidelines and SR&ED legislation
• Outstanding relationship management skills
• Proven ability to collaborate with engineers and technical professionals
