- 7+ years in software or machine learning roles
- 3+ years in leadership managing technical teams
- Proficient in ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow
- Experience with CI/CD, containerization, cloud platforms
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant technical fields
