Strategic Planning Manager in Toronto

Join Manulife Canada's Strategy & Transformation team as a Strategic Planning Manager. Lead cross-functional initiatives while providing key insights that support executive decision-making and business evolution. As a Manager, you will engage directly with senior leadership to shape the strategic agenda during a transformative phase at Manulife Canada. You will be responsible for developing actionable recommendations from both qualitative and quantitative analyses. Your role includes coordinating complex initiatives and ensuring alignment across diverse business units to maximize growth and improve customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop structured insights-based recommendations for leaders
- Drive the implementation of strategic plans and materials
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and track outcomes
- Lead rituals to enhance team workflows and efficiency
- Partner with stakeholders to influence strategic decisions
- 5–8 years' relevant strategy experience
- Undergraduate degree required; MBA is a plus
- Familiarity with financial services preferred
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficient in MS Office, with SQL or Python a plus
