Lead Casualty Broker - Marsh Team

Become a Lead Casualty Broker with Marsh, operating in a hybrid role across Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary, or Montreal. You'll manage complex portfolios and develop innovative solutions, working in the office at least three days a week.
Within the Casualty Placement team, leverage your 10+ years of insurance experience to instruct placement strategies and engage with industry carriers. Your advanced knowledge of casualty risk concepts will support client retention and strategic pricing. Collaborate with a team of experts to provide high-end brokerage services, benefiting from Marsh's extensive resources.
Key Responsibilities:
• Craft methods for effective go-to-market strategies
• Strengthen relationships with carriers for cohesive service
• Finalize commission agreements in accordance with client directives
• Analyze changing insurance markets for client impact
• Direct complex account placement and technical support
Requirements:
• 10+ years in casualty risk management working with brokers or insurers
• Strong technical competency in casualty risk
• Level 2 Broker Licenses preferred
• Experience with international and complex accounts
• Insight into current market conditions
Shape innovative casualty solutions with Marsh, enhancing client outcomes through effective risk management strategies.
