EPR Curriculum Development Trainer - Unity Health

Enhance healthcare delivery as the EPR Curriculum Development Trainer at Unity Health Toronto. Lead training initiatives to equip staff with essential skills using the new electronic patient record system. In this full-time, temporary role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a robust education program that focuses on effective user adoption of the EPR system. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in adult education, curriculum design, and the ability to evaluate learning methodologies. Collaboration with various healthcare teams will be essential to ensure best practices are integrated into training. Key Responsibilities:
- Design comprehensive training materials for users
- Facilitate hands-on training workshops for staff
- Collaborate with IT and clinical leaders to refine curriculum
- Monitor and assess user training effectiveness
- Participate in strategy meetings to align educational goals
- Degree in a relevant healthcare field
- Three years of experience in user training
- Hands-on clinical experience preferred
- Proven understanding of adult learning theories
- Willingness to travel for mandatory certification
