Palliative Care Registered Practical Nurse

Support patients with tailored care as a Palliative Care Registered Practical Nurse. Your expertise and valid CPR certification are essential for enhancing individualized patient care. We are looking for a dedicated Registered Practical Nurse with 2 to 3 years of nursing experience to elevate our healthcare team. This role emphasizes patient-centered care, where your ability to develop personalized care plans and maintain detailed patient documentation is key. Strong communication skills are vital for building positive relationships with patients and their families. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing assessments based on patient needs
- Develop and implement personalized care plans
- Maintain organized and accurate patient records
- Communicate effectively with patients and families
- Adhere to safety and security protocols
- College/CEGEP education in nursing
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
- Current CPR certification
- Flexibility to work various shifts
