Become a key player in compensation consulting with our reputable firm in Toronto. As Director, you will manage engagements and guide senior leadership on strategic total rewards decisions. In this senior role, you will leverage your extensive experience to lead compensation consulting projects while fostering client relationships and growing the practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee client compensation consulting projects
- Consult on executive compensation and incentive design strategies
- Carry out job evaluations and benchmarking studies
- Guide compliance with Canadian pay equity laws
- Contribute to developing business and expanding client base
Requirements
- 10 to 15+ years of experience in compensation consulting
- Proficient in benchmarking and pay strategy design
- Solid background in human capital beyond technical aspects
- Existing client relationships are a plus
- Knowledgeable in technology applications in HR
