Ideal candidates are those who value independent practice and building strong relationships. Key Responsibilities:
• Implement mobility and strength training for clients
• Tailor treatment plans based on client goals
• Provide education on home exercise and equipment safety
• Assess and mitigate fall risks in home environments
• Document care services accurately and promptly Requirements:
• 2+ years physiotherapy experience in home care
• Registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
• Proficient in mobilization strategies and rehabilitation
• Effective communication and documentation skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Provide compassionate physiotherapy services to enhance client well-being with The Care Company.
