Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; Master’s preferred
- Current RN registration with provincial body
- Minimum 5 years nursing experience; 2+ in leadership
- Strong knowledge of long‑term care regulations
- Proven track record in quality improvement initiatives
