Optimability is hiring a competent, highly communicative Private Chef to support elite online founders with simple, high-quality, performance-focused by delivering meals to them.

The Role

You’re not just cooking—you’re creating clarity. Prepare fresh meals, manage groceries and kitchen flow, and keep communication tight so clients can stay in deep work.

Key Responsibilities

• Light meal preparation from a provided weekly menu (training on our methods)
  Grocery sourcing & ordering ( client card on file, or Optimability card with pre-approval + receipts)
• Allergen/diet compliance: align with dietary needs, preferences, and portioning
  Daily Slack check-ins (brief notes, photos, inventory flags)
• Meal delivery:

• Ideal meal drop off window: 9:00am–2:00pm

Location

• Delivering meals to client residence

Scope of Work & Tasks (Chef)

Cooking & Shopping

• Plan/sync groceries; submit receipts for any approved purchases
• Execute assigned menu; portion, label, and store correctly

Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)

• 4+ years private cheffing/culinary/meal -prep (or strong equivalent)
• FoodSafe/ServSafe
• Reliable transportation; lift ~25–30 lbs
• Clear background & strong references
• Bonus: performance nutrition/macros experience
