Senior Legal Counsel in Privacy Compliance

- Oversee the freedom of information requests and management
- Provide legal guidance on privacy and data protection compliance
- Advise on cybersecurity policies and risk frameworks
- Analyze legislation to identify compliance issues
- Spearhead compliance education initiatives for staff
- Legal education: JD or LL.B
- Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
- Three years of relevant privacy and compliance experience
- Demonstrated skills in risk assessment and management
- Strong project management and relationship-building capabilities
