Senior Counsel for Privacy Compliance

Step into a strategic role as the Senior Privacy and Compliance Counsel at Toronto Hydro. You will also conduct assessments and develop outreach programs to ensure all employees are equipped to manage compliance effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead FOI portfolio management and implementation
- Advise on privacy impact assessments and compliance
- Review legislation to identify potential compliance gaps
- Drive development of training and resources
- Monitor regulatory trends affecting privacy practice
- LL.B or JD with Law Society of Ontario membership
- Minimum of 3 years’ privacy and compliance experience
- Excellent judgment and decision-making ability
- Strong project management and time management skills
- Background in a regulated industry is advantageous
