Job Responsibility:
MSEI MultiSciences Expertises Inc. (MSEI) est une firme québécoise fondée en 2006. Nous réalisons des expertises scientifiques et techniques afin d'établir l'origine et la cause de sinistres et de dommages pour le secteur résidentiel, commercial et industriel.
Nous recherchons une aide administrative afin d'effectuer les tâches suivantes.
Gestion des Comptes à Recevoir
Envoi des états de compte;
Relance aux chargés de projets;
Gestion des réponses de courriels des clients et des chargés de projets.
Relevés de dépenses
Faire le sommaire des dépenses par période de paie ;
Imprimer le relevé de dépenses des périodes voulues;
Vérifier sur le serveur les reçus des dépenses et les imprimer;
Relancer l'employé s'il manque des reçus;
Numériser le tout et classer dans le répertoire approprié.
Ouverture de comptes clients dans le cadre de dossiers MSEI
