Senior Salesforce Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator who can understand our current setup, learn our business objectives, and implement best practices throughout our Salesforce environment. The Senior Salesforce Administrator should be comfortable with change management and governance, as well as communicating, prioritizing and managing all aspects of a Salesforce production and sandbox environments. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success and depth of knowledge in Salesforce system administration, expertise in product and project management, experience working with stakeholders at all levels in lean and growing organizations, and comfort adapting to evolving business needs.

The Senior Salesforce Administrator will be the primary administrator and product owner for Salesforce, and will report directly to the Senior Business Operations Manager. The role will lead and oversee all development and maintenance projects with assistance from the Business Operations team and external contractors.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Product ownership for the Sales Cloud and Service Cloud platforms
• Cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders to create a platform roadmap, define priorities, and execute roadmap milestones
• Requirements gathering, technical translation, solution design, and feature development based on current and ongoing business needs
• Sandbox environment management and feature release management
• Communication of platform changes to end users and stakeholders, including release notes and technical documentation
• Collaborate with Business Operations team, IT, and other stakeholders to manage integrated applications and installed packages
• Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
• User and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, groups, and sharing rules
• Configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, custom objects and fields, page layouts, apps, actions, and custom settings
• Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, Feature readiness and deprecations, and Optimizer
• Management of user support and bug tickets; including triage, prioritization, timeline management, troubleshooting, and solution design

You will thrive if you have:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in a Salesforce Administrator, Solutions Architect, or similar role, including at least 3 years in a senior product ownership role
• Proficiency and experience with third party Salesforce integrations, including (but not limited to): Ringlead, Zoominfo, Outreach, Google Ads, reverse ETL applications, Similarweb, Charm.io, Gong, customer.io
• Salesforce Administrator certification highly preferred
• Undergraduate degree in business, mathematics, economics, or computer science fields is preferred
• Strong proficiency in SQL, SOQL, Excel, Business Intelligence, and other reporting applications highly preferred
• Experience in B2B Tech, Finance, and/or Credit Performance background is an asset
