We are supportive, inclusive, collaborative and our goal is to work as part of a Real Estate Salespersons team to help with daily administration to free up their valuable time. We only hire experienced, local talent. Red Rover is a multifaceted organization, offering a wide range of services to assist Real Estate Sales Professionals and aid in their success. We are growing across Canada. Experience from any province is accepted. (British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario and the East Coast.

MUST HAVE 3+ years experience in Executive Administration with the majority of that time in Residential Real Estate .

Requirements
Your own working equipment (computer, printer, mobile phone, strong internet connection)
You have strong working knowledge of Webforms, Stratus/Matrix and Digital Signing
You are comfortable going between different CRM's (Customer Relationship Management) or Databases
You know and use Dropbox, Google Drive and other cloud storage programs
You are computer literate & can learn new programs easily
You have quick response time to inquiries
Responsibilities of Virtual Administrator
You collaborate with Real Estate Sales Professionals/Teams
You run the administrative side of the business
You communicate efficiently and effectively

Pay: $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
