MUST HAVE 3+ years experience in Executive Administration with the majority of that time in Residential Real Estate .

Requirements

Your own working equipment (computer, printer, mobile phone, strong internet connection)

You have strong working knowledge of Webforms, Stratus/Matrix and Digital Signing

You are comfortable going between different CRM's (Customer Relationship Management) or Databases

You know and use Dropbox, Google Drive and other cloud storage programs

You are computer literate & can learn new programs easily

You have quick response time to inquiries

Responsibilities of Virtual Administrator

You run the administrative side of the business

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
