Commissioning Specialist in Mechanical Systems

Shape the future of building performance as a Mechanical Systems Commissioning Specialist. Focus on commissioning HVAC systems and supporting energy efficiency in Halifax. This position calls for a minimum of 10 years of experience and a Mechanical Engineering background. You will deliver comprehensive commissioning services, prepare necessary documentation, and collaborate with general contractors. Lead business development efforts across Nova Scotia while executing varied commissioning projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide commissioning services for HVAC equipment
- Draft test scripts and final commissioning reports
- Collaborate with clients and contractors on-site
- Support business development in Halifax region
- Undertake building commissioning, including LEED projects
- Diploma/degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred
- 10 years of relevant commissioning experience
- Expertise in building mechanical controls
- Availability for travel and site visits
- Dedication to high-quality service and client relations
