- Manage budgets and resources for project success
- Coordinate with teams and subcontractors on execution
- Complete monthly financial forecasting reports
- Maintain safety standards on all projects
- Oversee pre-construction processes and contract reviews
- 5+ years as a Project Manager in mechanical contracting
- Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of construction costs and budgeting
