Chief Estimator for Mechanical Systems

- Prepare complete mechanical estimates focusing on plumbing and heating
- Conduct precise quantity takeoffs for assigned projects
- Analyze labor costs and material pricing for bids
- Collaborate with project managers to clarify pricing
- Identify risks within project estimates
- 5+ years mechanical estimating experience
- Education in Engineering Technology or related field
- Expertise in institutional and commercial estimating
- Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication and organizational skills
