Be a key player in defence technology at General Dynamics Mission Systems–Canada as an Acoustics Systems Specialist. Work on underwater acoustics and contribute to critical submarine detection efforts. In this significant role, your background in Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) will drive advancements in acoustic processing systems. You’ll be tasked with designing machine interfaces, analyzing operational data, and organizing acceptance testing. Collaboration with clients and participation in business initiatives will be crucial to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities

Create machine interfaces for current features in acoustic systems Analyze acoustic data to enhance system functionality Execute operational testing for underwater systems Develop effective training programs for operators Propose requirements for system enhancements in proposals Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Military background Expertise in acoustic analysis and ASW is essential Excellent interpersonal skills, both independently and in teams Beneficial experience with naval mine detection Must be NATO Clearance eligible Help drive defence solutions by blending your acoustics expertise with creative technology at General Dynamics Mission Systems–Canada.
