The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our Canadian sales team, focusing on the Quebec East and Atlantic provinces. This field-based role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, market development, and long-term client relationships within the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Achieve and exceed territory sales targets across Hugel’s aesthetic injectables portfolio.
- Develop and execute a strategic business plan tailored to the Quebec East and Atlantic Canada markets.
- Effectively manage the sales cycle, including upselling, cross-selling, and driving product adoption.
- Analyze regional market data and trends to inform go-to-market strategies across diverse provincial healthcare landscapes.
Account & Client Management
- Cultivate strong, strategic relationships with key accounts, physicians, clinics, and KOLs across Eastern Quebec and the Atlantic provinces.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring top-tier support and satisfaction.
- Conduct regular client meetings to assess needs, track performance, and enhance loyalty.
- Negotiate contracts that align with company goals and maximize customer value.
Territory & Operational Excellence
- Profile and segment the assigned territory to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends across a broad geographic area.
- Develop detailed account plans and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Manage routing and scheduling effectively to optimize account coverage and customer interaction across multiple provinces.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activity, territory expenses, and market feedback.
Customer Support & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and product/service issues.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, Customer Service, Medical Affairs) to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Participate in regional account events, workshops, and industry networking to build brand awareness and loyalty.
What You Bring
Education
- Bachelor's degree (required); additional training in healthcare or aesthetics is an asset.
Experience
- 2–5 years of B2B medical sales (required), ideally in aesthetic medicine, dermatology, or plastic surgery.
- Experience with chain/buying group accounts and/or CSO channel is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering client satisfaction.
Skills
- A highly collaborative professional with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Bilingual (French and English) capabilities are required (Essential for managing Quebec East accounts and bilingual regions of the Atlantic provinces, such as New Brunswick).
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Organized, self-motivated, and highly adaptable in managing a large geographic footprint.
Other
- Ability to travel regularly within Quebec East and the Atlantic provinces.
- Valid driver's license.

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) gestionnaire de comptes dynamique et chevronné(e) pour joindre notre équipe de vente canadienne, avec un focus particulier sur l’est du Québec et les provinces de l’Atlantique.
Dans ce rôle de terrain, vous serez responsable de stimuler le chiffre d'affaires, de développer de nouveaux marchés et de bâtir des relations de confiance à long terme avec les clients de votre territoire. Principales responsabilités
Ventes et développement des affaires
- Atteindre et surpasser les objectifs de vente sur le territoire pour l'ensemble du portefeuille d'injectables esthétiques de Hugel.
- Élaborer et mettre en œuvre un plan d'affaires stratégique adapté aux marchés de l'est du Québec et des provinces de l’Atlantique.
- Gérer efficacement le cycle de vente, incluant la vente incitative (upselling), la vente croisée (cross-selling) et l'adoption des produits par les clients.
- Analyser les données et les tendances du marché régional afin d'orienter les stratégies de mise en marché (go-to-market) en tenant compte des particularités des différents réseaux de santé provinciaux.
Gestion des comptes et de la clientèle
- Cultiver des relations stratégiques solides avec les comptes clés, les médecins, les cliniques et les leaders d'opinion (KOL) de l'est du Québec et des provinces de l'Atlantique.
- Agir à titre de principal point de contact pour les clients, en veillant à leur offrir un soutien et une satisfaction de premier ordre.
- Mener des réunions régulières avec les clients pour évaluer leurs besoins, suivre le rendement et renforcer leur fidélité.
- Négocier des contrats qui s'alignent sur les objectifs de l'entreprise tout en maximisant la valeur pour le client.
Excellence opérationnelle et gestion de territoire
- Profiler et segmenter le territoire assigné afin de cerner les occasions de croissance et les tendances émergentes à l'échelle d'une vaste zone géographique.
- Développer des plans de comptes détaillés et maintenir un bassin (pipeline) robuste d'opportunités.
- Optimiser efficacement les itinéraires et les horaires afin d'assurer une couverture maximale des comptes et des interactions clients de qualité à travers plusieurs provinces.
- Assurer un suivi précis et en temps opportun des activités de vente, des dépenses de territoire et des commentaires du marché.
Service client et collaboration interfonctionnelle
- Répondre rapidement aux demandes, aux plaintes et aux questions des clients concernant les produits ou services.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes internes (Marketing, Service client, Affaires médicales) pour offrir une expérience client fluide et harmonieuse.
- Participer aux événements régionaux, aux ateliers et aux activités de réseautage de l'industrie pour accroître la notoriété et la fidélité à la marque.
Votre profil
Éducation
- Baccalauréat requis; une formation complémentaire dans le domaine de la santé ou de l'esthétique constitue un atout.
Expérience
- 2 à 5 ans d'expérience en vente médicale B2B (requise), idéalement en médecine esthétique, en dermatologie ou en chirurgie plastique.
- Expérience avec les grands comptes (chaînes/groupes d'achat) et/ou les réseaux d'organisations de vente de services (CSO) hautement souhaitable.
- Succès démontré dans l'atteinte et le dépassement des objectifs de vente et la satisfaction de la clientèle.
Compétences
- Professionnel(le) axé(e) sur la collaboration et doté(e) d'excellentes compétences interpersonnelles.
- Fortes habiletés en communication, en présentation et en négociation.
- Bilinguisme rigoureux (français et anglais) requis, une compétence essentielle pour la gestion des comptes de l'est du Québec et des régions bilingues des provinces de l'Atlantique, comme le Nouveau-Brunswick.
- Esprit stratégique, proactif et orienté vers la résolution de problèmes.
- Sens de l'organisation, grande motivation et forte capacité d'adaptation pour gérer efficacement un vaste territoire géographique.
