Nous recherchons un (e) Directeur de compte d'exception, capable d'évoluer et d'influencer et de batir des relation forte .
Fort(e) d'une crédibilité exécutive naturelle, vous orchestrez des cycles de vente complexes, construisez des relations durables avec les décideurs stratégiques et positionnez les solutions omme leviers de transformation dans les environnements les plus exigeants.
Votre Mission
- Construire et entretenir des relations de confiance au sein de Grandes entreprises dans la regions d e Québec (incluant gouvernement)
- Agir en tant que conseiller(ère) stratégique de référence, comprendre les priorités
- Participer à des forums exécutifs, tables rondes sectorielles et événements de haut niveau pour renforcer votre positionnement et celui de l'entreprise.
Développement Commercial & Gestion de Comptes Majeurs
- Définir et exécuter une stratégie d’ expansion sur un portefeuille de comptes stratégiques à fort potentiel.
- Piloter le cycle de vente bout en bout : qualification, architecture de solution, proposition de valeur personnalisée, négociation et closing.
- Assurer un pipeline commercial robuste et prévisible, avec des objectifs de revenus ambitieux .
Profil Recherché
Parcours & Expérience
- Diplôme universitaire
- 10 ans d'expérience en développement commercial B2B dans des environnements technologiques
- Historique prouvé de ventes conclues à l'échelle exécutive
- Aptitude à naviguer dans des structures organisationnelles complexes et à identifier les véritables centres de décision.
- Intelligence relationnelle et émotionnelle élevée : écoute stratégique, adaptation au contexte, gestion des dynamiques politiques internes des comptes.
- Vision business aiguisée permettant de connecter les défis stratégiques des clients aux capacités distinctives de nos solutions.
