Senior Product Manager of Client Authentication

Elevate client trust in digital banking as a Senior Product Manager for Client Authentication at Scotiabank. Drive the development of secure and intuitive authentication experiences. In this role, based in Toronto, you will lead the Identity and Access team in crafting secure authentication methodologies that adhere to compliance standards. Your focus on user-centered design will ensure that authentication flows are both effective and client-friendly, addressing real-world threats. Key Responsibilities:
- Define client-centric authentication systems and processes
- Partner with internal teams to align product goals
- Lead initiatives based on client insights and threat analysis
- Maintain a prioritized product backlog for scrum teams
- Implement measurement frameworks to assess product performance
- 6+ years in product management of digital solutions
- Experience with modern authentication systems
- Deep knowledge of the digital banking sector
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
