Senior Client Service Account Manager (Toronto)

Job Overview

Senior Client Service Account Manager – Responsible for managing a portfolio of enterprise‑scale clients and ensuring service excellence and revenue growth within the Bell Business Markets team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee corrective actions to resolve chronic cross‑functional issues and implement service improvement plans.
• Act as the single point of accountability for client executive escalations, coordinating with operations incident management and client communications.
• Clear post‑sale roadblocks to enable sales teams to secure new business.
• Deliver performance reports and quarterly business reviews (QBR) to external clients.
• Optimize revenue/cogs and minimize attrition by monitoring contractual commitments and driving revenue opportunities such as professional services.

Critical Qualifications

• Leader on client behalf across the organization, working independently with minimal guidance.
• Solid analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective negotiation skills to resolve conflict with minimal impact.
• Understanding of Bell processes, products, and offerings.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in leading large client support engagements.
• Understanding of Bell’s provisioning process, end‑to‑end, and organizational structure (BBM, Network Services, Field Operations, IT).
• Familiarity with wholesale products and services.
• Ability to mine and analyze data to identify trends and operational challenges.
• Exposure to project management.
• Basic French proficiency required for positions in Quebec.
