Senior Engineer For User Services Management Toronto

Responsibilities
- Administer Microsoft Intune for application deployment
- Manage various endpoints, including Windows and mobile devices
- Create and implement Windows image management strategies
- Execute patching and remediation for vulnerabilities
- Provide escalation support for complex technical issues
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent
- 5+ years in endpoint management experience
- Solid capabilities in Microsoft Intune and Autopilot
- Scripting experience with PowerShell or Graph API
- Experience in mentoring engineers or teams
