Capgemini's Digital Continuity team seeks a Senior Manager or Management Consultant with a robust engineering mindset. You will enhance your clients' performance, focusing on tangible outcomes in engineering and R&D; Your role involves delivering key consulting engagements, developing partnerships, and managing business strategies to drive growth within the Intelligent Industry practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead impactful consulting engagements for client success
- Identify and develop business opportunities for Capgemini
- Shape practice strategy and enhance operational capabilities
Requirements:
- 7+ years in consulting and/or 10+ years in industry roles
- Proven record in delivering engineering-related initiatives
- Strong understanding of PLM, ERP, and MBSE solutions
- Familiarity with digital twins and enterprise frameworks
- Willingness to travel 50–75% for client needs
