The Role
We’re looking for an early-career Account Executive who can drive deal momentum across mid-market and enterprise customer base. This is a deal-progression role—you’ll own outbound prospecting, commercial conversations, and the full sales cycle from first touch to signed contract.
You’ll work alongside a senior leader who brings deep product and solution expertise to deals. Your job is to find the right opportunities, build relationships with decision-makers, move deals forward, and close. The technical depth is covered—we need someone who brings hustle, commercial instinct, and the discipline to build and manage a real pipeline.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role with a primary focus on achieving and surpassing revenue targets.
Role & Responsibilities
Pipeline Generation & Deal Progression
- Own full-cycle sales for mid-market and enterprise accounts—from prospecting through negotiation to close.
- Actively generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, strategic account targeting, and producing Marketing assets to supplement.
- Drive deal momentum by keeping opportunities moving: setting clear next steps, building internal consensus on the buyer side, and maintaining urgency without desperation.
- Partner with the technical leader on solution positioning, demos, and technical validation—you quarterback the deal, they provide the product depth.
- Develop presentations and proposals tailored to each prospect’s specific business challenges and objectives.
Customer Relationships & Market Presence
- Build trust and credibility with decision-makers at multiple levels across prospect and customer organizations.
- Maintain and grow existing customer relationships to generate referrals and expansion revenue.
- Represent company at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer events.
- Travel for in-person meetings with prospects, customers, and partners as needed.
Sales Operations & Forecasting
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all sales activity in HubSpot—calls, meetings, pipeline stages, and forecasts.
- Work with finance and leadership to deliver reliable sales projections and pipeline reports.
- Use data and analytics to inform decisions, optimize account strategy, and track results.
Experience / Skills
- 0–2 years of professional experience in B2B SaaS sales, business development, or a client-facing role. Strong internship experience or relevant coursework will be considered.
- Demonstrated hustle and hunger—whether through past sales roles, entrepreneurial projects, competitive athletics, or other high-performance environments.
- Comfort engaging with senior stakeholders; able to hold a credible, unscripted conversation with a VP or C-suite buyer.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to build and deliver presentations tailored to a prospect’s business challenges.
- Analytical mindset with a bias toward using data and CRM tools to manage pipeline and inform decisions. Familiarity with HubSpot is a plus.
- Genuine curiosity about the customer’s world—a desire to deeply understand their operations, not just pitch features.
- Coachable and self-directed: seeks feedback, learns from losses, and iterates quickly.
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and the rejection that comes with building pipeline from scratch.
- Interest in growing into government and public-sector sales cycles over time. Familiarity with procurement and RFP processes is a plus, not a requirement.

Le poste
Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Chargé(e) de comptes – Grandes entreprises en début de carrière capable de faire progresser les opportunités d’affaires auprès d’une clientèle de moyennes et grandes entreprises. Il s’agit d’un rôle axé sur l’avancement des ventes : vous serez responsable de la prospection, des discussions commerciales et de l’ensemble du cycle de vente, du premier contact jusqu’à la signature du contrat.
Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec un leader chevronné possédant une expertise approfondie des produits et des solutions. Votre rôle consistera à identifier les bonnes opportunités, établir des relations avec les décideurs, faire avancer les dossiers et conclure les ventes. L’expertise technique est déjà en place : nous recherchons une personne motivée, dotée d’un bon instinct commercial et de la rigueur nécessaire pour développer et gérer un véritable pipeline de ventes.
Il s’agit d’un poste de contributeur individuel avec une responsabilité directe dans l’atteinte et le dépassement des objectifs de revenus.
Rôle et responsabilités
Développement du pipeline et progression des ventes
- Gérer l’ensemble du cycle de vente pour les comptes de moyennes et grandes entreprises, de la prospection à la négociation et à la conclusion des ententes.
- Générer activement des opportunités grâce à la prospection, au ciblage stratégique de comptes et à la création de contenus marketing complémentaires.
- Maintenir l’élan des opportunités en définissant clairement les prochaines étapes, en obtenant l’adhésion des parties prenantes du côté client et en créant un sentiment d’urgence approprié.
- Collaborer avec le responsable technique pour le positionnement des solutions, les démonstrations et la validation technique. Vous dirigez la transaction; il apporte l’expertise produit.
- Préparer des présentations et des propositions adaptées aux enjeux d’affaires et aux objectifs spécifiques de chaque prospect.
Relations clients et présence sur le marché
- Établir des relations de confiance et de crédibilité avec les décideurs à différents niveaux au sein des organisations clientes et prospects.
- Maintenir et développer les relations avec les clients existants afin de générer des recommandations et des revenus additionnels.
- Représenter l’entreprise lors de conférences sectorielles, salons professionnels et événements clients.
- Effectuer des déplacements pour rencontrer prospects, clients et partenaires lorsque requis.
Opérations de vente et prévisions
- Maintenir des données exactes et à jour dans HubSpot concernant toutes les activités de vente : appels, rencontres, étapes du pipeline et prévisions.
- Collaborer avec les équipes de direction et de finances afin de produire des prévisions de ventes et des rapports fiables.
- Utiliser les données et les analyses pour orienter les décisions, optimiser les stratégies de comptes et mesurer les résultats.
Expérience et compétences
- De 0 à 2 ans d’expérience professionnelle en vente SaaS B2B, développement des affaires ou dans un rôle orienté vers la clientèle. Une expérience de stage pertinente ou une formation connexe sera également considérée.
- Démontrer de l’initiative, de l’ambition et une forte volonté de réussir, que ce soit à travers des expériences en vente, des projets entrepreneuriaux, le sport de compétition ou d’autres environnements axés sur la performance.
- Être à l’aise d’interagir avec des parties prenantes de haut niveau et capable de tenir une conversation crédible et spontanée avec des vice-présidents ou des dirigeants.
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale, incluant la capacité de concevoir et de présenter des présentations adaptées aux défis d’affaires des prospects.
- Esprit analytique et utilisation des données ainsi que des outils CRM pour gérer le pipeline et appuyer la prise de décision. Une connaissance de HubSpot constitue un atout.
- Curiosité sincère envers les activités et les défis des clients afin de comprendre leur réalité, au-delà des caractéristiques du produit.
- Personne autonome, réceptive à la rétroaction et capable d’apprendre rapidement de ses expériences.
- À l’aise avec la prospection à froid, les démarches sortantes et les refus inhérents au développement d’un pipeline.
- Intérêt à développer une expertise dans les cycles de vente gouvernementaux et du secteur public. Une connaissance des processus d’approvisionnement et des appels d’offres constitue un atout, sans être obligatoire.
