Dynamic Bid Manager at EBC Mississauga

EBC is on the hunt for a dynamic Bid Manager to navigate high-quality bid preparations from our Mississauga location. Your expertise will help drive our institutional and commercial projects forward. As a Bid Manager, you will harness your extensive preconstruction experience to coordinate comprehensive bids. Collaborate with estimators, designers, and project managers to align bids with client expectations. Your role will be crucial in refining processes and ensuring proposal clarity in line with EBC’s branding standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire bid process from start to submission
- Review and interpret tender documents effectively
- Collaborate for creation of competitive bid proposals
- Develop and enforce bid schedules and timelines
- Guarantee proposal quality meets EBC's standards
- University degree in construction management or similar
- Minimum of 7 years of bid management experience
- Strong familiarity with design-build and procurement models
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of scheduling tools beneficial
