Assistant Store Manager - Dollarama - Mississauga, ON

As an Assistant Store Manager with Dollarama in Mississauga, ON , you will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily retail store operations and act as Manager on Duty (MOD) in their absence. You will help ensure that company rules and procedures are clearly explained, understood, and consistently followed by all team members.

In this role, you will contribute to accurate inventory counts to support timely resupply of goods, ensure established merchandising practices are followed, and participate in recruitment and training activities for new employees.
