Senior Payroll & Benefits Specialist - French Language
On-site 4 days a week (Friday - Work from Home)
Location: Toronto, ON
6-month contract
Responsible for end-to-end payroll and benefits administration fo r Canada and UK employe es, ensuring compliance with payroll, tax, pension, and benefits regulations. Manages bi-weekly Canadian payroll, monthly UK payroll, benefits administration, year-end reporting, payroll reconciliations, employee leaves, and HRIS (Dayforce) data maintenance. Acts as the primary point of contact for payroll and benefits inquiries while partnering with HR, Finance, and external vendor

- )Experience managing benefits programs (medical, dental, life, disability, RRSP, pension
- )Hands-on experience wit h Dayforce or similar HRIS/payroll syste m
- sBilingua l English and Fren ch preferre
- dStrong Excel, reconciliation, compliance, and customer service skill
- sPCP certification preferre
