HR Reporting Specialist
Our client is seeking an experienced HR Reporting Specialist to support the design, development, automation, and delivery of HR reporting and analytics solutions. The successful candidate will leverage SAP HR systems, reporting tools, and data analysis techniques to provide accurate employee data insights, automate reporting processes, and support strategic HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain HR reports and analytics solutions using SAP HR systems.
- Extract, validate, analyze, and distribute employee data and reporting results to stakeholders.
- Create custom reports by leveraging SAP data structures, tables, and reporting tools.
- Automate reporting processes using Python and scheduling/orchestration tools.
- Develop dashboards, visualizations, and analytical insights to support business decision-making.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to combine and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Support scheduled reporting processes, data validation, and quality assurance activities.
- Create documentation, job aids, and self-service reporting tools for end users.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, privacy, and access management standards.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of HR reporting and analytics experience.
- Strong SAP HR reporting experience, including report development and query creation.
- Deep understanding of SAP HR data structures, tables, and reporting architecture.
- Strong Python skills for reporting automation, data analysis, and visualization.
- Proficiency with SQL and relational databases.
- Experience extracting, validating, transforming, and reporting HR data.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Experience working with confidential employee data in a secure environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and SAP HCM.
- Familiarity with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
- Experience with reporting automation tools such as Rundeck or Stonebranch.
- Knowledge of HR data governance, security, GDPR, and access management practices.
- Understanding of payroll, benefits, talent management, and other HR modules.
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
