Drive supplier quality excellence at De Havilland Canada as the Supplier Quality Lead. Focus on compliance, audit initiatives, and quality improvement throughout the aerospace supply chain. As a Supplier Quality Lead based in YYJ, you will work under the Director of Quality Manufacturing, overseeing supplier qualifications and performance evaluations. Collaborate with multiple teams to drive compliance and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Lead audits and provide technical mentorship to ensure regulatory standards are met across the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee compliance with quality standards
- Manage supplier qualification and monitoring
- Conduct audits as per AS9100 and ISO9001
- Drive development of quality performance metrics
- Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related disciplines
- Over 5 years' experience in Supplier Quality
- Familiarity with quality management systems
- Proven audit experience
- Strong analytical and leadership capabilities
